Location, Location, Location! This two bedroom, two level condo is situated in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. Within the community of Mammoth Estates, this unit is closest to Canyon Blvd which provides a very short walk down to the Village where you can jump on the Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and also enjoy coffee, shops, restaurants, events & festivals and more! This remodeled, mountain, modern home offers a spacious floorplan across 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for the family to spread out. On the upper level is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked so you can prepare family meals. The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove with custom tile hearth, a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable and comfortable seating (with a pull out couch offering additional sleeping accommodations). A private, upper deck offers a BBQ grill and seating for the Summer. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the primary suite features a King bed, large flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers bunk beds with a Twin on top, Full on bottom, plus additional twin trundle pull out, large flatscreen TV and access to a shared bathroom in the hall with a tub-shower combo. Mammoth Estates offers a community year-round hot tub, outdoor Pool (Summer only), Sauna, recreation room with ping pong and a pool table, paid laundry facilities on-site, and public BBQ grill (Summer only). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
