• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Wonderful and newly renovated 3-bedroom family villa near the picturesque village of Mougins.
Villa des Cedres has been newly renovated to a high standard, thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort and modern conveniences. The main living space features an open-plan living and dining area, centered around a beautiful fireplace. Large patio doors give direct access to the garden and flood the room with lots of natural light.
The villa offers three distinct dining areas, each accommodating can host at least six guests: a morning-sunlit spot on the garden’s east side, a shaded area under a majestic plane tree in the evening, and a southwest-facing terrace with a customizable awning for perfect sun or shade. Indoors, the kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, an ice maker and water dispenser, induction cooktop, dishwasher, convection oven, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. Outdoors, a large gas BBQ is available for alfresco dining.
The villa has three elegantly furnished bedrooms-two on the ground floor and one on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. The villa includes two modern shower rooms and two separate guest toilets.
Set on a private 1,500-square-meter plot, the property boasts flat, manicured lawns surrounding the house. A large pool (12.5 x 5.5 meters) is located on a lower terrace within the garden, offering a perfect spot for relaxation.
For entertainment, the living room and two bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV and a wide range of international channels. Music is provided by four portable Bose speakers. High-speed fiber optic WiFi is available, and there is a small workspace with a desk on the gallery level.
Conveniently located near the entrance, you’ll find a utility room with a washing machine and integrated dryer.
