In the summer, you’re just down the road from the Blue Lake Springs HOA recreation amenities of Snowflake Lodge & Fly-In Lake, which include 2 lakes, a swimming pool, playground, tennis, volleyball, summer activities, and much more (guest fees apply). In the winter, benefit from quick and hassle-free access to Highway 4, ensuring a comfortable drive up to Bear Valley Ski Resort. The great room provides plenty of room for all to gather and is adjacent to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom also on the main level. Upstairs is a spacious loft (doubles as the third bedroom), a half bath, and a fun reading nook overlooking the great room. After a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings, unwind on the spacious deck, where you can soak in your own private hot tub! Bedrooms 1 and 2 are both on the main floor, each with a Queen bed. The upstairs loft doubles as Bedroom 3 and includes a Full Bed and a Twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a half bathroom upstairs. Laundry is on the main floor. Amenities: Blue Lake Springs Access (guest fees apply), WiFi, 2 TVs (great room and loft), Streaming, Hot Tub, Gas Log Stove, Forced Air Gas Heat, Air Conditioning, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Washer and Dryer.
