Two large French doors lead directly from the living area to a terrace of about 90 square meters that is spread on two sides of the apartment, offering an open view of the Ionian Sea. The terrace is furnished with outdoor sofas and dining table, perfect for enjoying summer evenings outdoors and watching the sunset over the rooftops of Gallipoli. The apartment is located in a residential street with the possibility of free or paid parking; a reserved parking space is included in the underground garage, accessible by elevator.
