The property, recently renovated with guato , is spread over two floors and is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden with automatic gate and private parking . The garden has a private swimming pool equipped with a relaxation area with sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and bbq area. The exterior is completed by a beautiful veranda with electric sun blinds, where there is both a dining area and a comfortable living room. Interior: the ground floor, accessed either from the veranda or from the entrance door, has a large and elegant open-plan living room, furnished with a large comfortable sofa with TV and a large dining table. There is an additional single sofa in the living room that can become a bed for a guest. The living area also includes the spacious kitchen, fully equipped.The ground floor also offers a comfortable one double bedroom with TV and French window with direct access to the garden a complete bathroom with shower and the laundry.A convenient staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, both with balcony and TV. A complete bathroom with bath and shower completes the floor. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and the bedrooms all have a TV. Wi fi is available along with a safe and alarm system.
