The Red House in Leiston is a wonderfully furnished holiday home offering a modern space for up to eight guests seeking a short break or holiday only a few miles from the gorgeous Suffolk Coast. Leiston is a great location less than 4 miles from the popular coastal town of Aldeburgh, unique seaside village of Thorpeness, Sizewell’s long sandy beach stretching past RSPB Minsmere all the way to the quintessential town of Southwold. The town itself has lots of independent shops and eateries, a traditional cinema, a Leisure Centre with children’s pool as well as a 25m pool.
As you enter the property there is a hallway that leads into the well-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining room to the right and a double bedroom to the left.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
