The entire custom home offers stunning features throughout. Living Room: This large room is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and chairs. The large patio doors provide ample natural light. Step through the French doors onto the expansive outdoor patio, where you can soak in the stunning views. There is an additional den space off the dining room that offers a Smart TV and seating. Kitchen: The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, boasting stainless steel, high-end gas appliances, concrete countertops, counter ice machine and a copper sink. The large island with seating for four makes it a great space for socializing while preparing meals. *There is large fridge, but no freezer. Dining Area: The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, features a large wood dining table, lit by a grand iron rod chandelier, with seating for six. It offers access to the tranquil side patio area. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom — King-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and French patio doors leading out to a balcony. The private bathroom features double vanities, soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. There is also an outdoor shower available off the master bathroom. The main living area provides comfortable living room furnishings, a TV, and full-size washer and dryer. The casita offers 2 bedrooms which both include a queen size bed with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Half bathroom in main house Backyard/Outdoor Spaces: The backyard offers an array of outdoor spaces, including a quaint side patio off the kitchen and dining room. There’s an expansive back veranda with an outdoor kitchen with natural gas BBQ, overlooking the resort-style pool area and breathtaking views. The outdoor space also includes an outdoor dining table, a seating area with a fire pit table, a Smart TV, and a private pool and hot tub. Cozy up by the outdoor fireplace with ample seating options. Note: Either the pool or the hot tub can be heated at a time, not simultaneously, upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool/spa heating is offered from June 1 to September 30. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
