Welcome to Villa Lilli, a stunning Art Nouveau-style villa set in one of the most elegant and peaceful areas of Montecatini Terme, just a short walk from the Tettuccio thermal baths and the town center.
The villa, featuring air conditioning in the bedrooms, extends over three levels and offers elegance, space and comfort:
On the ground floor, a grand entrance opens into the double living room with relaxation area, satellite TV, dining space and direct access to the garden and heated pool.
A fully equipped modern kitchen, a second service kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower complete the floor.
Upstairs, there are three spacious double bedrooms, a small sitting room with wardrobe area, and two full bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bathtub.
The lower floor includes a large recreation room with ping pong table, a small gym, kitchenette, toilet and laundry area.
Outside, the fenced garden features a heated private pool (with electric cover), sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and a covered veranda with dining area and BBQ.
Villa Lilli enjoys a strategic location – only 400 m from the Tettuccio Thermal Baths and a 10-minute walk from the center of Montecatini.
Florence and Pisa airports are both about 35 km away.
