This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect space for relaxation with sea and mountain views.
Castle Harbour is extremely popular as it is a well kept, friendly complex suited to couples and families. The complex has a heated outdoor pool and onsite pool bar. It is situated away from the main tourist area of Los Cristianos but has lots of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment is equipped with high speed Wifi & smart Tv with English and Belgium channels.
Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Keys are available from reception but our contact details are in the apartment should they be needed.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Definitions:
  • “Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.
  • “Property” means any property rented from Karian Apartments Tenerife and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  • “Management” means the owners or managers(Karian Apartments Tenerife) of the Property.
  • “Guests” means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.
  • “Visitor” means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.
  • Smoking is strictly not permitted in the Property.
  • Acceptance & Responsibility:
  • Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Check In / Out:
  • Check-in time is not before 4 pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 11 am on departure date.
  • Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
  • You must notify Management of a mobile contact number on booking.
  • Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be emailed to you no later than 5 days prior to arrival, unless special arrangements have been made.
  • Payment:
  • When using the Karian Apartments Tenerife Online Payment System, your Booking is split into two portions – a non refundable 20 % deposit and an 80 % balance payment. You may pay both portions (the full amount) up-front or pay the deposit at booking confirmation and subsequently pay the remaining balance.
  • Balance of the rental amount must be paid 28 days prior to occupancy.
  • Where your stay commences in less than 28 days from the time of Booking, the full amount must be paid in full up front.
  • If the balance is not settled after 5 days ( 23 days before arrival date ) the the booking will be cancelled and the 20% deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation or Variation:
  • If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately on +(00)34 624308369
  • Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the arrival date, a full refund of any amount paid over the 20% non refundable deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel between 4 and 6 weeks before the arrival date , a 50% refund of any amount paid over the 20% non refundable deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel 4 weeks or less before the arrival date – no refund will be offered.
  • Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of Booking.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights and the above points will be taken into account.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests. If the booking fee is affected then the above points will be taken into account.
  • An administration charge of 25€ will be charged for any variation or cancellation and will be deducted from any refunds.
  • Security Bond:
  • A bond payment, if required, is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.
  • Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements or extra guests beyond those declared.
  • Unavailability:
  • If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage, etc) then the Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full.
  • Parties and Functions:
  • Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
  • Linen and Towels:
  • We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure. Further linen may be hired through Management. Beach towels are not included.
  • Cleaning and linen change usually occurs weekly or more often upon request and at an additional cost.
  • Pets:
  • Pets are not allowed at the Property
  • Your Other Responsibilities:
  • You must comply with all applicable complex Rules and all instructions from Management concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and responsible enjoyment of the Property.
  • You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management’s discretion).
  • Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
  • Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
  • Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate community rubbish bins provided and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
  • All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
  • The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
  • You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of a minimum of 60 Euros.
  • Smoking is strictly not permitted in the Property.
