When you’re ready to explore, you won’t have to go far and can take our custom map as your local guide. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed. Additional Cleaning Fee: We do require additional cleaning fees for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Property Manager Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away. We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in. Prior to check-in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. Pack n Plays or High Chairs must be requested prior to arrival. Parking enough for 1 car in the driveway, and plenty of curbside parking in front of the house. No parties please. We do not mind you having a few friends over, but no big parties. This is a quiet neighborhood. HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%. YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin’s musicians and related businesses. - For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices.
