The Neighborhood
This community is located inside the privileged subdivisión called Aldea Zamá, in the heart of Tulum. Lúum Zama is close to the main streets and all the services. Also, it is located in the middle of the touristic area, so all residents and guests can enjoy going by bike to the archiological zone, hotels, restaurants, the beach, Tulum downtown and cenotes.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Do not share your key or entry code with unregistered guests.

- - Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out time.
- - Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.
- - Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.
