Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,All Guests must comply with house rules. Not doing so will result in additional deep cleaning fees, loss of deposit and possible eviction.
  • 1. Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 4 people. Please make sure you enter the proper number of guests at booking.
  • 2. Except for families with children, all guests must be at least 25 years old with photo ID proof of age.
  • 3. Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
  • 4. Only members of the guest party can occupy the house overnight; no overnight visitors are allowed. Daytime visitors must be disclosed in advance, and small gatherings with non-overnight guests require pre-approval, deposit, and additional contract.
  • 5. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed outside. Please use proper receptacles to dispose of cigarettes and never throw them in the yard.
  • 6. Decorations must be taken down without damaging walls. Use only paint-safe tape: no tacks, nails, or glue dots. Please NEVER attach anything to the exterior walls of the home.
  • 7. Do not use confetti or glitter indoors or out.
  • 8. No burning of natural flame candles inside or outside of the home.
  • 9. Cabinets in the master closet labeled as “Owner Use Only” are locked and off-limits to guests. Tampering with or breaking into locked cabinets will result in a fine of $250, plus the cost of damage.
  • 10. We love our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM daily. No outside noise after 10:00PM
