The guest can use all the stuff in the property during their whole stay but cannot take it, if anything is lost after check out, there is penalty $500 14. If the smoking alarm has been removed or wrapped in a plastic bag after the guest check out, you will be fined to $300 15. Parking needs to be booked one week in advance 16. Please do not throw big garbage in the bin chute, just kindly leave in the room, otherwise penalty will apply 17.
