Family apartment close to Tiki Tano Beach !
The apartment is located in the very popular area of Guadalmansa in the urbanisation of Las Salinas, a short walk to the famous Tiki Tano Beach Club, bar and restaurant. The perfect location for those wanting to stay in a safe and secure area.
The urbanisation offers two adult swimming pools and two safe children’s pools. There is a heated indoor pool with a sauna and a Jacuzzi and a large, well equipped gymnasium, great for those who want to keep in shape after partying!
Las Dunas hotel which offers its Natur House Spa and Health Club is next door and available to visitors. The golf valley is on the doorstop offering golfers the possibility of over thirty different courses to choose from.
The apartment offers modern, comfortable space in a fantastic location. The apartment has an open plan living area, with a large terrace, overlooking one of the community pools and gardens. There is loungers and dining furniture on the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, the other with twin beds, the master bedroom enjoys en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all of the modern day appliances. There is private underground parking. The community is fully gated.
There is high speed Wi-Fi and multi-lingual internet TV and air-conditioning.
Being close to the golf valley, the courses of Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha and La Quinta are all close by, and for the serious golfers can indulge themselves on one of the three golf courses of Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores, there is also the Villa Padierna Michael Campbell Golf Academy.
The location offers everything needed for a great holiday in the sunshine of the Costa del Sol, suitable for adults and children. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping centres.
Situated approximately 0.8 km (0.5 m) from the port is El Corte Ingles the famous department store with the Hipercor supermarket, Marina Banus shopping centre, and the various beach clubs where all of the action is.
There is an open air market known as the Zoco del Sol Market, about four minutes from El Corte Ingles, offering many stalls of unique objects. Also near this market are plenty of fun activities for the children.
There are many beach clubs nearby, including , Puro Beach, La Sala by the sea and Ocean Beach Club. Funny Beach offers plenty of activities for parents and children, including karting and many different water activities.
Puerto Banus, Marbella are all only a short drive away. All offering a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants, with cuisine from all over the world.
In Marbella you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm and should not be missed! Another must see is the famous Orange Square
