The urbanization has its own access to a boardwalk and beach and has 2 large pool areas. The beach is quiet and only 200 meters from the apartment. A wonderfully situated penthouse is set within the exclusive Palm Beach area of Los Monteros Playa. Palm Beach is a gated community and the property has its own parking lot in the underground parking, with direct elevator access into the property. The elevator will take you directly up to the penthouse. When entering the apartment you will find the living, dining and kitchen area to your right. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. The ground level of the penthouse has terraces towards south and west of the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the ground level and 2 bedrooms on the top level with one bathroom to share. From the living and the bedrooms there is access to a large terrace directly towards south. Guaranteed sun from morning to evening. One part of the terrace is covered and has a lounge area. The living is very spacious and luxuriously decorated. A nice frame to complement your holidays. The inside dining area is for 6/8 persons and outside dining table has space for 8 persons. All bedrooms have double beds. The bedroom on the ground level has a double bed and direct access to the south facing terrace. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has also access to the south facing terrace.
