This property is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator on site.
This well-appointed condo has just had brand new hardwood floors installed. It features two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new Posturepedic king bed and an HD TV. The guest bedroom also has its own HD TV, a brand new queen bed, and an additional futon for extra seating and/or sleeping.
The cozy living room features a leather queen sofa sleeper, skylights, and an HD TV. There is an updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinetry. The dining room table seats up to six. The condo also features a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a deck with a BBQ and a view of Ten Mile Creek.
The location of this condo is ideal, as it is right on Main Street yet tucked away, making it quiet and peaceful. It borders White River National Forest at the base of Mount Royal. Hikers, bikers, and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in and around the Town of Frisco. The free Summit Stage bus is just steps away, making it easy to access all the world-class Summit County ski resorts.
This property also features covered parking with an assigned spot. There is also a ski locker reserved in the lot, so you don’t have to lug your equipment around or leave it in the car.
