Welcome to Chalet Carmen, a home for friends and families to gather all year around. There’s plenty of room throughout the two living areas, four bedrooms, outdoor space, and open kitchen to relax or plan your Breckenridge adventure. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by natural beauty and stunning views of the mountains, you’re just a short drive away from downtown Breck, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Summit County hiking trails.

LIVING ROOM
Complete with a telescope, a fireplace and comfortable couches, a bookcase with plenty of options for a weekend read, and a flatscreen TV. The stunning foyer at the entrance to the home has a stone inlay that follows up the staircase. Once you go up the stairs to the second living area, you’ll see a landing with a table and chairs, rocking chair with ottoman, futon and TV, as well as an antique Thomas collector’s edition radio.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is already stocked for your arrival, with bakeware, pots and pans, serving set-ups, silverware, and all the essential appliances, including a crockpot, coffee maker, and blender. There are two ovens, plus a convection mini-oven, microwave, and an outdoor gas grill on the balcony. The breakfast bar has seating for two.
DINING ROOM
Whether you grab take out from one of the many amazing restaurants in town or cook up a homemade meal, gather in the dining room to enjoy some food, family, and friends.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home is not pet-friendly.
