Villa Perceval is an outstanding holiday home in Mikri Mantineia and may accommodate up to 7 people, offering privacy and sea views of Messinian Bay. The Villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens for endless relaxing moments of tranquility and unique summer memories of family and friends gatherings. Villa Perceval consists of three bedrooms, one ensuite master bedroom with a single sofa bed, one twin bedroom with a sofa and another double bedroom. All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with access to a large balcony with a sea view. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and access to the veranda and the garden. In the basement, the guests will find the playroom that includes table tennis, a home cinema, kids’ play area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
