Our elegant villa Kaliente consists of two different levels which can be rented together or individually Is a resort of simple but engaging pleasures focusing on privacy, magnificent surroundings and relaxation. Consisting of 5 villas and 5 apartments, this one-of-a-kind beach resort in the unspoiled Corfu island is a choice destination for travelers.
The Resort is located in the hillside just below the lovely village of Pelekas, the access point for some of the most beautiful beaches of Corfu. The villa is conveniently located at the centre of the west cost of Corfu, just 12 kilometres form Corfu Town (Kerkyra).
The beautiful Pelekas beach (Kontogialos beach) is 75-200 meters away from our villas and apartments. The beach won the Blue Flag eco-label award.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
