The Bearly Inn is a beautiful new luxury home nestled on a peaceful parcel in The Lodges at Eagles Nest. The desirable, gated Eagles Nest community offers guests access to numerous family-friendly amenities. Just outside Banner Elk and adjacent to Beech Mountain, this house is conveniently situated near Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Valle Crucis, and Watauga Lake. Both Elk River and the Watauga River are also nearby.
With a serene setting and fine finishes, The Bearly Inn is an unforgettable destination for any occasion. Enjoy the gas fireplace, TV, and outdoor dining on the back deck, or relax on the lounging couch on the lower deck. This home features a main floor king suite, an upper-level king bedroom, and a bunk room. Shuffleboard, flat-screen TVs with guest account streaming apps, or grilling on the gas grill are available during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen will suit your needs in the open main level living area. Enjoy the wooded view through the wall of windows in the living room from comfortable furniture situated around the gas fireplace.
The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers premier community amenities and nature-based activities appealing to all ages and interests. Amenities and guest availability are subject to change. The rental rate includes an amenity fee that grants access to the particular amenities available to guests.

Please note that Owners of the Eagles Nest Community will have priority seating at this restaurant. Be aware of this ahead of your arrival at the venue.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4 p.m.- 10 p.m. Sat & Sun 1 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Please note that all visitors on the premises at the winery must be 16 years of age or older. This is strictly enforced.
Important Notes:
- Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off-Road Adventures website.
- Guest accepts responsibility for caring for outdoor furniture during reservation. Furniture must be covered when not in use.
- Guests can add firewood for Additional Fees on the website or by calling our office.
- Please note that The Bearly Inn has wireless internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- AWD/4WD vehicles are required for our mountain homes during winter and inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary to access the property.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. However, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks
