Due to severe allergies, the homeowner enforces this policy, which includes adherence to ADA rules regarding service animals. Consequently, guests with Emotional Support Animals are NOT permitted. If you bring a pet, there will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500. For security reasons, a few exterior cameras monitor the roadway; however, they do not monitor any outdoor living spaces.
