Barwaller is a cozy townhome tucked away by the established woodlands of the Yonahlossee Resort Community, with post and beam construction and a clean, rustic vibe.
This townhome is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, wooded getaway centrally located in the High Country. Downtown Boone and Blowing Rock are just 15 minutes away. The home has hot water on demand from a tankless water heater fed from a mountain spring. Amenities include wifi, 4 Smart TVs to stream your accounts, a secluded covered porch with rocking chairs, and proximity to the Yonohlossee picnic area and playground. Please note there are exterior security cameras at the front and back doors.
