**Welcome to Sunset Ridge Hideaway!**
Sunset Ridge Hideaway is a luxurious mountain home located in the Lodges at Eagles Nest, one of the most sought-after gated communities in the North Carolina mountains. Nestled on a private parcel of land, this retreat offers a tranquil and upscale environment perfect for relaxation. There are numerous nearby attractions and activities, including Banner Elk (just 7 minutes away), Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis, Boone, and Blowing Rock. Additionally, Elk Park and the renowned Elk River Falls are close by, making them ideal for a day trip.
The main-floor living room features a wall of windows that floods the space with natural light and showcases beautiful seasonal views. Enjoy the stunning atmosphere furnished with high-end décor, a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The spacious gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for creating fantastic meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area. On this level, you’ll also find a covered deck with an outdoor living space, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor dining table. For relaxation, head to the lower-level deck to soak in the hot tub. The lower-level family room offers comfortable sectional seating around a gas-log fireplace and a large mounted TV. You’ll also find a game area with a foosball table and a convertible table for ping pong or pool. A mini kitchen on the lower level includes a wine chiller, a sink, and a coffee maker. Additionally, there is a cozy reading nook where you can unwind with your favorite book.
Sunset Ridge Hideaway has five bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a second master suite and a guest bedroom, both featuring king beds and ensuite bathrooms, along with a bunk room that has Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. Kids will enjoy the bunk room’s closet, which includes an arcade game with over 30 games. The lower level comprises a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Each room is equipped with a TV that offers paid live cable and streaming services. With so much to do and enjoy, a getaway at Sunset Ridge Hideaway is a delightful experience for all ages.
The Lodges at Eagles Nest offer premier community amenities and nature-based activities appealing to all ages and interests. Amenities and guest availability are subject to change, so please visit the Eagles Nest website and contact The Lodges at Eagles Nest for up-to-date information. The rental rate includes an amenity fee that grants access to all guest-available amenities. **Please note:** any amenities, such as the workout facility, that require a code for access are not available to guests. The owner will not provide a code for these areas, so please be aware of this and keep it in mind during your stay in the community.
