Ridgeline Views is a charming home centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock, offering convenient access to the High Country’s best attractions. Boone is just minutes away and is home to Appalachian State University, Boone Golf Club, public parks, and a variety of local shopping and dining options. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Blowing Rock, where you can explore more local dining and shopping, as well as a community park. The Blue Ridge Parkway is less than ten minutes from the cottage, perfect for mountain hikes, scenic drives, or picnics at the overlooks. Price Park, located off the parkway, offers camping, boating, and fishing on Price Lake, along with numerous hiking and walking trails. For adventure seekers, nearby attractions include Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures Zip Line, and Appalachian Ski Mountain.
Ridgeline Views is a budget-friendly home that combines comfort, style, and affordability in one delightful package. This cozy retreat is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this well-maintained home provides a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The main-floor living room features comfortable furniture arranged around a grand stacked-rock wood-burning fireplace. Warm up by the fire while watching your favorite shows on the HDTV. The adjacent sitting room offers a space for kids to spread out, play games, or watch TV. The spacious kitchen includes a large island for food preparation, with a breakfast table for casual dining, and a separate table for the little ones. The formal dining table seats six guests. Step outside to the partially covered back deck to grill dinner, or relax with a book while enjoying the mountain air.
Downstairs, an additional living room features a smart TV, along with air hockey and ping-pong tables—perfect for family game nights. The king-size sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping space, and there is a full bathroom for convenience. Outside, gather around the wood-burning fire pit to share stories and roast marshmallows for s’mores, or enjoy lunch at the picnic table.
Ridgeline Views has three bedrooms, all located on the top floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, a gas fireplace, and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower. The second bedroom includes a TV and shares a balcony with the master bedroom, where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views with your morning coffee. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with both secondary bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The sitting room off the master bedroom includes a queen-size futon for additional sleeping space.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a laundry room. Two dogs are welcome on your vacation, subject to an additional pet fee. Access is via a paved driveway with parking for three vehicles. There are two steps leading to the covered front porch. During the winter months (October–March), we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive or AWD, and tire chains may be necessary during snowy or icy conditions.
