Located in the charming town of Beech Mountain, this bright, spacious home is the perfect location for your High Country getaway. Across the street from the Beech Mountain Golf Course with Beech Mountain Ski Resort just over 5 minutes away, Skyledge provides access to winter activities like skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. During summer, the resort transitions to world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails. Other local attractions within 25 minutes include Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Buckeye Recreation Center, Sugar Creek Gem Mining, Banner Elk Winery, and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.
Nestled in the woods, Skyledge is a roomy mountain home with tasteful, comfortable decor throughout. Enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the wall of windows in the main living area. Comfy furniture surrounds the large, flat-screen TV and stone gas fireplace, and the spacious kitchen boasts an island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Outside, two levels of decks provide a spacious setting to take in the natural mountain landscape and wildlife of Beech Mountain, along with outdoor dining, a seating area with a gas fire table, and a gas grill. The home is on a spacious property spanning three lots, which is a private acre for guests. It includes outcrops and rhododendron tunnel groves on gentle slopes, providing opportunities for kids and adults to explore and play.
The master bedroom room on the main level has a king bed, a twin trundle, a double mattress in the closet, mountain views, private access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional Queen room on this main level also has private access to the deck and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The lower level has a second living area with a shuffleboard table, cozy seating, a Queen Sleeper sofa, a large HDTV, and a game table with many board games for the whole family to enjoy. The entire floor shares a bathroom with a combo tub and shower. Other noteworthy amenities include a spacious hot tub, a fire pit in the yard, a garage game space with a Ping Pong table, a Foosball table, and additional room to park one car.
Two dogs are welcome with your reservation, and additional fees apply. Winter travelers should prepare with a 4-wheel drive or AWD and tire chains during inclement weather. Other amenities include wifi, YouTubeTV with the option to log into personal streaming accounts on the Smart TVs, heating and air conditioning via mini-split units, and a washer and dryer. Paved access leads to a level driveway with parking for 4 cars at the front entrance. There is a small flight of steps and a ramp leading to the front door.

Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Skyledge are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Property Manager.
