River Valley View is a charming, upscale 3BR/3BA cabin in Valle Crucis, situated in a scenic setting surrounded by old-growth hardwoods on three sides and offering mountain views toward the Watauga River, which is an easy walk away! There is a hot tub, a fire pit, and a huge deck, partly covered and partly open, which wraps around the side and to the front. Outdoor dining, a gas grill, plenty of seating, and a comfy hammock complete the expansive deck space. There is a private, upper-level master suite with a king-sized bed. The main level living room features wood floors, vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and an HD Smart TV. It is open to the dining area and the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances and custom granite countertops. The lower level features a game room with a foosball table. A third bathroom serves the lower level.

Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per reservation and a 40-pound weight limit. Standard pet fees apply, and all dogs must be crated or kenneled if left alone at the cabin or unattended. No dogs are allowed on any of the beds or furniture.
**There is a lower attached garage that stays secured for owner storage. The garage will not be accessible to guests.
