This special place has over an acre of private land with mature hardwood forest, seasonal views of woodlands and mountains, and a private trail with a creek and waterfall, all just 4 miles from the slopes of Beech Mountain Ski Resort.
Activities and amenities on Beech Mountain include skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, sledding, restaurants, shopping, hiking, fishing, and more. Cabin Fever is also near Banner Elk at the foot of Beech Mtn, about 8 miles, with local shopping and dining options. The city of Boone is about 22 miles, and Blowing Rock is about 26 miles. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
