Inside this open concept space you will find light flowing in from the private balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Step into the dining area with the dining table that comfortably seats six with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. The living space has a flat screen TV to relax after a day on the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony. En-suite main bathroom features a large vanity with brand new walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach. Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc’s Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips
Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
No parking of trailers, RV’s or watercraft allowed onsite.
