This spacious light and airy two-bedroom condo features floor to ceiling views with a private balcony. Unwind on your private balcony with a cocktail at sunset over the bay. Relax in the comfortable living space with sleeper sofa after a day on the water. The open concept well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a family meal. Enjoy a family meal around the dining table, comfortably sits six or dine out on your private balcony table which also seats up to six. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The delightful main bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with double-size bed on the bottom with twin-size bed on top and also includes a TV. The en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

*Pheonix on the Bay 1108 has a boat slip that can be used during stay. Phoenix On the Bay guests wishing to use the marina, including boat launch and “beaching” of vessels, shall provide a copy of their respective vessel’s registration (if applicable), along with a certificate of insurance with liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000 combined single limit (CSL). (Note: vessel is defined as any motorized watercraft such as boat and/or jet ski). Guests shall show proof of insurance at time of registering their vessel at the POB service desk.
*Trailer parking is available on site for $10/day plus tax on a first come first serve basis.

The Neighborhood:
Phoenix on the Bay is located down Canal Road in Orange Beach. Close to Sam’s Bait & Tackle convenience store to grab anything before your fishing trip. Many restaurants in the area including OSO, Avenue Pub, GT’s on the Bay, and Tiki Bar. A little under a mile from the Waterfront Kid’s Playground and Coastal Art Center to make a visit at the Hot Shop and Clay Studio. A quick five minute drive to many different public beach accesses from the complex to sit in the white sand beaches.
Guest Access:
*Phoenix on the Bay does require parking passes. The complex charges $58/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes.
