Perdido Grande is located 900 ft from Sportsman’s Marina for the boater, where you can reserve a boat or launch your own boat. Onsite at Sportsman’s Marina is the Tiki Bar and Playa restaurant. Close to Sam’s Bait and Tackle convenient store to grab anything before your fishing trip. Many restaurants in the area including OSO Early, Avenue Pub, and GT’s on the Bay. A little under a mile from the Waterfront Kid’s Playground and Coastal Art Center to make a visit at the Hot Shop and Clay Studio. A quick five minute drive to many different public beach accesses from the complex to sit in the white sand beaches. Perdido Grande does require parking passes. The complex charges $28/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. If bringing a boat we will need to register for a boat pass for $100.
