The dazzling living room looks out to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of America. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the salty air on the two adirondacks or spacious outdoor sofa. Relax after a day on the beach in the plush couch or two cozy recliners and large flat screen TV in living area. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while listening to the waves break below. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six for a family meal. Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The delightful main bedroom features a king bed with light flowing in from the private balcony sliding glass doors. Additionally, this bedroom has a desk and monitor setup if you are planning on working remote. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the perfect place for the kiddos with one twin bunkbed and one queen size bed. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combo. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Cobalt, and The Gulf. Marlin Key is 0.9 miles from the world-famous Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Old River Bar and Grill. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. We hope you enjoy your stay at Marlin Key in Orange Beach! There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed. No boats, trailers, motor homes, or jet skis are permitted.
