Welcome to Sugar Beach 301, where your next beach vacation awaits! This large one bedroom unit has everything needed to have a fabulous time on the white sugar sands of Orange Beach! Inside this unit you will find an open concept living space and well-equipped kitchen. Living space includes a large flat screen TV with sleeper sofa. Main floor also includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy your mornings on the private balcony drinking coffee. Upstairs in the loft you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed under two twin-size beds. Upstairs also has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The Neighborhood:
Sugar Beach Condominium complex is located on the beach and across the street from Gulf State Park. Cross the street and you are on Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue’s Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both within walking distance. Gulf State Park Pier is two-and-a-half miles to your west or the main drag of Orange Beach is three miles to your east to find additional restaurants, shopping, etc. The Sugar Shack is located onsite during the summer months and you may purchase hamburgers, sandwiches and drinks onsite.
Guest Access:
Welcome to Sugar Beach! Parking passes MUST be purchased on-site from the guard shack. The pass is $35 CASH or $35 + 3% convenience fee with Credit Card. You are only allowed ONE parking pass. Parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. No RV’s, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. Once you arrive, the condo is on the east-side or left-side of the complex. Take the elevator, or stairs, to the first floor. Go to #301 and use the key code provided. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent at Sugar Beach.
