This ground floor unit looks out to the outdoor pool. Kick back and relax and hangout on the private patio while watching the sunset. A well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home cooked dish. The cozy condo features a mounted flat screen TV and overlooks the outdoor pool. The unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area so the condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people!
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The kiddos will have the perfect place with the built-in bunkbed in the open concept living space. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33 parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle’s dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV’s or watercraft allowed onsite.
