Adventure Island is less than a mile away and Waterville is only six miles away. Guest Access: Upon entering Summer House, there will be a gate. Put your gate code in and building A is the building to the left (east). Park and this unit is on the fourteenth floor, 1405. Enter your code and go in the room. There will be parking passes left in the condo for you. Place these in your vehicles. There is a limit of 2 vehicles and parking passes are $53 per pass. Summer House does not allow the parking of RVs, trailers or watercraft onsite.
