Welcome to the Dunes, located in the peace and quiet down Fort Morgan! The private property of the Dunes community includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, beach access, community grilling area and fitness center. Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes!
An open concept kitchen and living area layout, that has plenty of room for the entire family. Beautiful views streaming in from your own private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish, stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony and take in the dazzling views. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living space with a sleeper sofa. The peaceful bedroom features a king-size bed. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The hallway has a bunkbed featuring two twin-size beds.
*You must be at least 25 to rent at The Dunes.
No parking of trailers, RV’s or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
Getting Around:
Take I-59 until you see the turn for Fort Morgan Road. This is the light right past Rouses after you come over the bridge by Lulu’s. Turn right. Go down Fort Morgan Road for 19 miles. The Dunes will be on your left. Pull up to the gate and type in gate code.
The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes! The Dunes is only 1.4 miles from the Fort Morgan Grounds. Walking distance to the local restaurant, Tacky Jack’s II and Fort Morgan Marina and short drive to Sassy Bass Amazin’ Grill. Two golf courses in the area include Peninsula and Kiva Dunes, a ten minute drive down the road. Take the day to explore Gulf Shores or head 19 miles east to Hwy 59 where you can find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities for everyone in the group!
*The Dunes Condos are 300 yards away from the Gulf, to access the beach guests walkdown a sidewalk or drive to the boardwalk.
