You will fall in love with "Beach Burrow on 30A" and the Gulf Place Community! New to our rental program, so please view the review pics! Located on the west end of 30A, with 3 dedicated beach entrances, 3 community pools, tennis courts, and some of the best restaurants and shopping along 30A! Once you arrive, you can settle in and relax. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The large master bedroom has a King bed and an updated walk-in shower and full bath. The second bedroom is also spacious with a King bed and access to the hall full bath. There are 2 convenient bunkbeds in the hallway, and a queen sofa bed in the living room! The living area is large enough to spread out and enjoy time with your family/friends, has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the Gulf and Turtle lake! The pool is just downstairs and the walkover to the beach is directly across from the Caribbean building...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
