For the delight of your children, major attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land, along with many others, can be reached in just over 10 minutes by car. The house offers various amenities including air conditioning, one private external parking space (additional free public parking is available nearby), a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and complimentary linens and towels. Internally renovated in 2024, this charming row villa with a private terrace is spread over two floors and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. The modern and high-quality furnishings contribute to a high level of living comfort, making your lake vacation unforgettable. The property is arranged over two floors and is composed as follows: On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a storage room, a bathroom with a window, toilet, sink, shower, and bidet, and a charming furnished terrace with a barbecue. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your Lake Garda vacation, including a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. It also has direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can dine alfresco. The delightful private terrace on the ground floor is fenced, furnished, and includes a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy the warm days outdoors. The upper floor is accessible only by stairs. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and complimentary linens and towels are provided. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at the office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
