Located amongst other high quality homes and just 5 minutes from Darwin city, this property is also a short walk to the Parap markets for that Saturday morning Laksa, or to stock up on the souvenirs. 10 minutes to the Casuarina shopping centre will get you your shopping fix and the Cullen Bay precinct and the Mindl markets are a short drive or Uber ride away. Parking at this property is easy and secure behind the electric gate. For those without transport, Darwin has a great Uber service and electric scooters and bikes for hire as you get closer to the city

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,A $50 late check-out fee will be applied for every 15-minute interval guests spend at the property past the agreed checkout time. No loud parties, no smoking inside, and no shoes to be worn inside please.
