Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
- STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
- No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
- No Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.
- Parking
- We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
- Pets
- For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
- Fees
- You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
- Lost or unreturned keys: $500
- Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check in/check out at a fee of $25/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, NO exceptions.
- Keys
- If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you.
