Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- We take full responsibility for your stay @Marsierra and hence we facilitate:
- - Housekeeping - just let us know if you need a change of sheets or an extra towel.
- - Laundry - We have an in-house laundry facility. Please find out about the charges from our concierge team.
- - Car/Bike Rentals - Our trusted vendors can ensure the car/bike reach before you check-in. You can discuss the financials directly with them.
- - Airport transfers (additional charges). We have trusted drivers who will not overcharge you.
- - Restaurant reservations and recommendations. We are food connoisseurs ourselves - we can share our insights with you.
- - You may get food delivered to your villa on Swiggy. Domino's delivers too. Another favourite, "Cotinga" has recently started delivering to Marsierra guests - do try them out.
- - We have a small cafe coming up at the property, and looking at launching by mid-Nov. It will be able to serve you some mouth-watering food and local brews.
