BUNGALOW BY THE BEACH at Seaside Beach: Welcome to Bungalow by the Beach, a beautiful cozy bungalow is just a block away from Seaside Beach.. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house has plenty of room for a party of 6. The main bedroom on the lower floor is spacious with a couch and fireplace to relaxing after a long day of exploring. The living room has a large comfy couch to gather round to play board games or watch a movie and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on the cool nights or winter days. In the Spring and Summer the home’s gardens are breath taking. Parking is in a garage off side street. The garage is 81 inches high and 191 inches wide, please make sure this will work for your car, no on street parking allowed. There is also an EV charger!
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
