CROWS NEST at Seaside Beach: Take a trip to the beach and enjoy this cozy, tastefuly decorated home. With three bedrooms, two baths, a large living area with seating for everyone and more, and a big private backyard, you will not be disappointed with the space. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed with its own private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd has a Queen bed. There are 2 Rollaways in the closet if needed. The walk to the beach is short and sweet, so there is no time wasted before you’re on the sand. You are also only three blocks from downtown, where you can dine at one of our many great restaurants, play in the arcade, or go shopping in our carousel mall. Come visit us in Seaside and you will have a whale of a time!
Note: The backyard is undergoing deck construction and the fire pit is not currently available for guest use. There is a doorbell camera and a camera in the driveway. Neither camera...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
