Lakefront Retreat The large wooded lot at the end of the road offers privacy and excellent bird watching, while not blocking the spectacular views of Lake Murray. The mists over the lake in the morning are just exquisite, and since the house is at the southwestern reaches of the lake it is very quiet. We highly recommend enjoying coffee on the back patio or dock before heading out on the kayaks. The large granite kitchen island is the perfect breakfast bar with comfy stools, and the entire kitchen/dining room/living room is one large open floor plan. The Main bedroom & Main en suite bath are at one end of the house, separate from the other 3 bedrooms and the bonus lounge (2nd living room area). Outside, the expansive, fenced backyard provides a safe and fun space for kids and dogs to play, complete with a playset and direct access to the dock. As the sun sets, gather around the custom-built, industrial-style firepit with eight Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings spent stargazing or roasting marshmallows. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation.
