Renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles. They will be required to park only in designated parking areas. Failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

It is pleasantly adorned with plush furnishings, warm wood finishes, and wilderness-themed decorations - every inch displays functionality and comfort. From the living room, you can gaze out at lovely pine views while streaming your favorite shows. The balcony, equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating, is accessible from here.
The full kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Two dining tables and a breakfast bar are available when it’s time to enjoy your mealtime masterpieces.
As you explore the rest of the condo, discover equally inviting bedrooms with personal TVs, soft linens, and ample natural lighting. Additional interior features include a private washer/dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, and partial air-conditioning.
Outside, you will have access to a heated pool and hot tub. You’ll be just minutes from numerous beaches, parks, trailheads, and locally-owned eateries.
Need to know:
INTERNET: WIFI can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is NOT a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow. Weather can impact the Internet.
ANIMALS: Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals near your home.
SUPPLIES: Property Manager only supplies a starter kit for the home. This includes 1-2 rolls of paper
towels, 1-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, a small dish soap and sponge, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We do not provide any spices, salt/pepper, oil, coffee, coffee filters in our homes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
