Sunlight seems to find every corner of this lakefront home, beautifully situated near the northern tip of Spirit Lake. It’s a lovely spot overlooking the water and mountains, with the heart of town only a few blocks away. Take your canoe out for a morning paddle from the newly installed dock, bring your boat along and launch just down the street, or rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and other watercraft at the public park a few houses away. Spend your days here fishing for rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, bass, and crappie, or head down to Rathdrum to play a round at the Twin Lakes Village Golf Club (eight miles). Back at the house, relax on the covered porch facing the lake and bring dinner down to the picnic table as the sun sinks behind the mountains.
