Endless Views are indeed endless views. Located above Mission Bay and surrounding areas, the views are just superb. Looking out to the west you see the Bay, the Ocean and beautiful downtown San Diego, you truly are perched on top of the world. You can sit back and watch the Sea World fireworks from your living room couch. Walking through the front gate you will happen upon a lovely conversation area with comfortable Adirondack chairs and a firepit for relaxing evenings looking at the night lights. The home has been very tastefully updated and furnished in a mid-century style. The gourmet kitchen is spacious with lots of natural light, plenty of counter space and all new appliances. The dining area has seating for 8 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen. There is also a breakfast bar for light meals or just keeping the cook company. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a fireplace, large screen Smart TV and endless views. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is very spacious, has a King size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest bedrooms bed sizes include the following: 1 Queen 2 Queens 2 Twins The three guest bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The laundry room has large size washer and dryer and there is a ping pong table in the garage. The home also comes packed with all kinds of kids games, corn hole and more. There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 parking spots in the driveway. At Endless Views you have quick and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach and all the beaches, restaurants, shops and bars that the area has to offer. The San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Balboa Park, Legoland , Petco Park and the Gas Lamp district are all nearby. No smoking allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. This home is pet friendly, however only allows 1 dog (no cats) no larger than 40lbs. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book. There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property’s quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. This home has 2 outside cameras - one is located at the front door and one on the far north side of the house where the trash cans are - these cameras are for security purpose only.
