The Beachcombers are located just 2 blocks from Tourmaline Beach. Tourmaline beach is made up of mostly sandy beaches with easy access to the water. Tourmaline is a well-known surf spot in the north Pacific Beach area of San Diego and a favorite of many locals. It goes by many names such as Tourmaline, Tourmaline Surfing Park and Old Man’s and has a rich history in San Diego’s surf culture and well-known connections to local surfing legends. Beachcomber 2 has 2 bedrooms, the Primary bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet space, a smart TV and all the comforts of home. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is perfect for a family of 4. The living room has distant water views, a very comfortable living room with a second smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
