The primary bedroom on the upper level features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat within the home. The second bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed with easy access to the hall bathroom. For additional guests, the living room’s queen pull-out sofa ensures everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire with Property Manager about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation. Note: If applicable, reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days.
