Timberline Haus is a stunning modern home overlooking Barker Reservoir. This home is just a quick 15-minute drive from Eldora Ski Resort and is optimally located to enjoy first-tracks on the slopes before the mid-morning rush. After enjoying a day in the mountains, stop on by and experience the local fun in downtown Nederland. NOTE: Home has beds to accommodate 10 people, but occupancy is limited to 6 per Boulder County.
The dirt road to the home can be challenging, especially in winter. Please consider 4x4 or at least All Wheel Drive. When you first pull up to this home, you will notice its nothing like any of the other properties around! You will be able to park your car in the garage and head right into this beautiful home. There is free wifi throughout the home. When you first walk in from the garage you will be in the "mud room" and that’s where the washer and dryer are which you have access to during your stay. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent a property from Property Manager. Guests may be asked to present a valid ID to secure a property and may be refused access if not 25 or older.
- Guests to the property will need to respect our neighbors by respecting property boundaries and complying to quiet hours after 10:00PM.
