This Resort Villa is the finest in luxury resort living and features a backyard paradise unrivaled in amenities. Bring your pickleball paddles for exciting competition on the newly installed private court. Treat yourself to a splash in the pool with a water slide and optional heat or a luxurious soak in the hot tub. The pool heating fee is $65.00 per day to heat the pool to 87º F and is optional. Dine al fresco or watch TV on the covered porch. Your outdoor chef will love grilling on the built-in gas barbecue. On cool evenings gather around the gas fire pit with adult beverage in hand to share golf scores or plan hikes on the nearby trails. Other exciting options include corn hole, mini-golf and basketball. Without a doubt, this could be your slice of paradise!
This large, contemporary, bi-level home has 7 BRs, 4.5 BAs and sleeps 14, all in king beds. On the ground floor the great room overlooks the pool deck and has a cozy gathering area for watching TV in front of the glowing gas fireplace. The state-of-the-art kitchen features upscale appliances such as a 6 burner Wolf gas range and built-in fridge plus a wine fridge and separate ice maker. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet roast. The oversized island with bar extension has stellar views of the pool deck. The elegant formal dining area, a crown jewel in dining rooms, has table seating for 12. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack N’ Plays are available to rent.
The fully stocked laundry room on the ground level floor has a bonus fridge for your overflow food and drinks. There are 3 garage spaces for your cars; RV parking in the driveway upon request and with advance written permission.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the lower level adjacent to the game room. ALL bedrooms have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans. Yes, ALL! The luxurious primary suite is on the ground floor and includes a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet and en suite bath. A garden tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks are features of the en suite bath. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are also on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 has a desk for your remote work; Bedrooms 3 and 4 have walk-in closets. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 which is Jack & Jill style with dual sinks, a separately enclosed shower and commode and a door that opens into the hallway. A powder room for visitors is conveniently located on the ground floor.
The lower level includes a game room with a ping pong table, TV, kitchen with beverage fridge and door to the backyard oasis. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are adjacent to the game room on the lower level and share Bathroom 3 with a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. Bedroom 7 is in the backyard casita and has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
